"I can't believe this is happening.", Katara said, "I can't believe we're doing this."
"You're not the one who has to look twenty years older.", Sokka said.
"Stop moving.", Ty Lee said, "This needs to look 100% real."
Ty Lee was trying to make Sokka look old enough to pass for Katara's dad so he could sign the papers needed for Katara and Aang to be married. Zuko was out now getting his fake ID and such.
"We really appreciate you doing this, Sokka.", Aang said.
"No problem.", Sokka said, "I've been wanting an excuse to wear my beard again."
"Good to know, Wang.", Katara said.
About a half hour later, Sokka looked old enough to pass for Katara's dad.
"Wow.", Sokka said, "I'm gonna look good when I'm thirty-eight."
"I got your fake information, Mr. Fire.", Zuko said, giving him the stuff he needed.
"Wow. This stuff really looks real.", Sokka said, studying everything.
"Where'd you get these?", Katara asked.
"From that same guy who made that fake ID I had before I quit drinking.", Zuko said.
"And that is...", Katara said.
"I'm not gonna tell you!", Zuko said.
"Guys, I just checked, and we need two witnesses for me and Katara to get married.", Aang said.
"I'll go.", Zuko said.
"Thanks, Zuko.", Katara said, "Let's go."
They got in Zuko's car, and drove to the other side of town to the last minute wedding chapel.
"How can I assist you?", the receptionist asked.
"Hello, my good ma'am.", Sokka said with a weird olderish voice, "My daughter here would like to marry this nice young man."
"Can I see some identification?", the receptionist asked.
Sokka gave the lady his fake information.
"Everything looks to be in order.", the receptionist said, "Sign here."
Sokka signed a form.
"The bride and groom can go through those doors to find a tuxedo and dress they like.", the receptionist said.
Katara and Aang smiled at each other, then walked through the door.
"They grow up so fast.", Sokka said, faking tears of happiness.
"They sure do.", Zuko said.
"And who, may I ask, is he?", the receptionist asked.
"Oh, this is... my husband!", Sokka said, putting his arm around Zuko, "We're gay!"
Zuko looked mortified.
"He is?", the receptionist asked, "He looks kind of young."
"That's true, but you can't deny true love!", Sokka said.
He dipped Zuko, then kissed him right on the lips. Both Zuko and the receptionist were humiliated.
"Oh, um...", the receptionist said, "I'll go check on the bride and groom."
She hurried away. Zuko slapped Sokka.
"WHAT THE HELL, MAN!?!", he asked, pissed.
"I'm sorry I didn't buy you dinner first, but it had to be done.", Sokka said.

Meanwhile

"Is the baby asleep?", Hakoda asked.
"Yes.", Ursa said, "I used the same trick I use to do with Zuko. I put on a Billy Ray Cyrus CD."
"That'll do it.", Hakoda said.
The phone rang.
"Hello.", Hakoda said, answering it, "No, she's at her friend's house. This is her father. Who's this? ... What do you mean she left her cell phone at the gas station? What gas station? Who was she with? ... A thirty-something year old with a beard, a young adult with a scar, and a teenage boy with an arrow on his hat? Where the hell is this gas station? ... About twenty blocks away from the last minute we-........... I'll let Katara know you found her phone."
He hung up.
"Get Keizo. Katara's getting married to Aang!", Hakoda said.
"How can they do that without a parent signing a form?", Ursa asked.
"They must have paid a guy to say he's her father.", Hakoda said, "We've gotta stop this wedding!"
"How will we get there in time?", Ursa asked, "The wedding chapel is on the other side of town."
"I'm a cop. I'll have my sirens on.", Hakoda said.
"You're only suppose to have your sirens on for emergencies.", Ursa said.
"My sixteen year old daughter is getting married. This IS an emergency!", Hakoda said.

Twenty minutes later

Katara and Aang's wedding was just starting. Music was playing, everyone was where they were suppose to be, and Katara was walking down the isle.
"You know, Zuko, we should get our vows renewed.", Sokka said.
"Don't push it, Wang.", Zuko mumbled.
Katara stood next to Aang, and the music stopped playing.
"Friends, family, same sex life partners.", the minister said, "We gather here today to celebrate the love of this beautiful couple. These two have agreed to combine their single lives into one, and enter the eternal bond of marriage. If anyone objects to this marriage, please speak up, or forever hold your-"
Hakoda and Ursa (who had Keizo in a baby pouch) burst into the room.
"Dad!", Katara said, surprised.
"Mom!", Zuko said, also surprised.
"Sokka?", Hakoda asked, seeing his son in his disguise.
"Uh...", Sokka said, "I'm gonna go home and take a shower."
"I'll join you.", Zuko said.
They left.
"We're dead, aren't we?", Aang asked.
"Yes, Aang. Yes we are.", Katara said, "Now more than ever."
"What the hell were you two thinking!?", Hakoda asked, furious, "I tell you you can't get married, and this is what you do!? You try to elope!?"
"We had no choice.", Katara said.
"You had a choice.", Ursa said, "You could have waited until you're old enough to get married."
"Everyone else got married before they were eighteen!", Katara pointed out.
"They also had kids before they were eighteen.", Hakoda said, "I don't see the two of you with a carriage."
"This isn't going well.", Aang mumbled.
"Dad, this is crazy!", Katara said, angry, "I love Aang, and you know he's a good guy! So what if we're young! Give me one real reason why we shouldn't get married."
Hakoda couldn't think of anything.
"Exactly!", Katara said.
"Katara, you're just too young to get married. I won't allow it!", Hakoda said.
"Fine then.", Katara said, "You don't have to. We'll just do what almost everyone else did."
"Are you saying you'll leave the state, and elope?", Hakoda asked.
"Yes.", Katara said, "I don't want to get married that way, but if it's what I have to do to marry Aang, I'll do it."
Hakoda and Ursa stepped aside to talk for a moment.
"You can marry Aang as long as the wedding's after you graduate.", Hakoda said.
Katara and Aang smiled.
"Are you serious!?", Katara asked.
"I'm serious.", Hakoda said.
"Can I move back into the house?", Aang asked.
"Maybe.", Hakoda said.
Ursa not so lightly whacked Hakoda's back.
"Of course you can.", he said.
"Awesome.", Aang said.
"But, there's catch.", Ursa said.
"I knew it.", Katara said.
"You two have to find your own place to live once you're married.", Ursa said, "You have until a month after your wedding to find a place of your own."
"Ok, we'll get jobs.", Katara said.
"I hear there's an opening at Sea-", Aang began to say, "Sea World has dolphins!"
"What?", Katara asked.
"Nothing.", Aang said.
